The farm breakfast
Every morning, upon reservation the evening before, we prepare a genuine breakfast, made with fresh products from our farm and traditional flavours.
The price is €16 per person, with discounted rates for children and for those staying for several days.
You will find our milk, yogurt, fresh cheese and, soon, also our mature cheeses.
There is no shortage of chicken coop eggs, also offered as omelettes and omelettes, together with fresh fruit salad.
For those who love dessert, every morning the table is filled with homemade cakes, biscuits, strudel, apple tarts, chocolate and other delicacies, prepared with simple and genuine ingredients, according to the farm's recipes.
Alongside these delights you will also find seasonal fruit, honey and jams made by us.
Among the savory specialties, speck, sausages and our own roast pork, prepared according to tradition.
All accompanied by bread from the local baker and, when the weather permits, by our homemade bread, made with wheat grown directly on our farm.
The hot drinks complete breakfast with a touch of heat, perfect for warming the stomach in cold weather winter mornings.
In summer we also add vegetables from the garden, our aromatic herbs and medicinal herbs, which give freshness and natural scents.
The proposals may vary depending on the season and availability... and as long as there is any, just like in every real farm.
Breakfast on your own
If you prefer, you can also purchase our products and prepare breakfast in your apartment, bringing the same genuine flavors of the farm to the table.
